• The item is unused, unwashed, and uninstalled.

• It is in original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice.

• The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

⚠️ Custom-made, tailor-fit, or personalized curtains cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom-size curtains or blinds

• Personalized or bespoke products

• Clearance and discounted items

• Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or negligence

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status.

• If approved, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

• Delivery & installation charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Share photos or videos of the issue for quick resolution.

• Depending on the case, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

• Custom-made orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
