1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and uninstalled.
It is in original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice.
The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

⚠️ Custom-made, tailor-fit, or personalized curtains cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Custom-size curtains or blinds
Personalized or bespoke products
Clearance and discounted items
Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or negligence

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status.
If approved, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
Delivery & installation charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Share photos or videos of the issue for quick resolution.
Depending on the case, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Custom-made orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
